If you like beaches, you have come to the right place. Along the Odder Coast, there are bathing experiences of all kinds. Plenty of room to enjoy long walks on the water's edge and take a cooling dip, when the sun's rays warm your skin. One of the most famous of the kind is Saksild Beach.

Bring the whole family and enjoy the fantastic child-friendly sandy beach, where both sand and water are soft and delicious. Parking is only 200 meters from the beach and an established path for strollers and wheelchairs ensures that everyone can come.

Just bring the kids

The shallow water and the fine sand is perfect for even small children, that can bath without being toppled by the big waves. Remember shovel and bucket for building sand castles - on the wide beach there is enough room for the kids to tumble. Or have fun with the swing, overlooking the beautiful sea.

Things to to near the beach

Strandshoppen and Saksild Strand Camping leases kayaks and SUP-boards. At Saksild Strand Camping you can also rent boats and different types of bicycles.
